Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify current published scientific findings in the context of digital transformation in HR that are traceable in selected scientific databases. To meet the objective, the research questions are: What are the potential benefits of digital transformation of HR? What are the potential risks of digital HR transformation? It was based on publications available in the scientific databases WOS and Scopus. The research method is the systematic research. The data in the results part are sorted alphabetically by author name. The results part contains, among other things, briefly written methodologies, and results of the authors. The discussion of the results includes answers to the research questions and arguments or explanations as to why these results evoke a potential risk or benefit. According to the qualitative evaluation of the results, this article concludes that the benefits of digital transformation in HR outweigh the disadvantages. Whether it’s environmentally kept records digitally, or remote and simple employee management via computers. Digital transformation of HR may not be easy in some countries, but it is certainly an essential and useful thing if it is carried out fully and with due regard for the situation in society.
